Reservation Policy

Please Read Before You Book Your Reservation

  • Please be aware that I do require a credit card on file to reserve your appointment.

  •  Cash and all major credit cards are accepted. Gratuity is cash or Tippy only. The front desk will show you how to use the Tippy platform if that is your preferred method. Tippy does not require you to download an app.

​

  • As a courtesy to all guests, there is an option for TEXT confirmations 4-7 days before any appointment! Please opt-in for appointment notifications by replying “Y” when prompted via text. If you do not opt-in, you will not receive the automated confirmation texts.
     

  • A prompt confirmation is greatly appreciated, and allows me to run the appointment book efficiently!
     

  • If running late for an appointment, please contact Art of Impact Salon and Spa ahead of time. I will do my best to accommodate your appointment, however, arrivals more than 10 minutes late may be rescheduled or canceled, with applicable same-day cancellation/reschedule fee applied. This is at the discretion of salon management.
     

  • As much as I love children, I do kindly ask that you please arrange child care on the date of your hair appointment. Excess visitors during appointments are not recommended.
     

  • With my main focus being healthy hair I will recommend products to best suit your needs. Color services are only guaranteed when purchasing the cleanse / condition / treatment regimen recommended by myself. 
     

 

RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS

  • I kindly ask that in the event you have to cancel a reservation with me you do so 48 hours prior to your service.

     

  • If you need to make any changes to your appointment, please call the salon at (330) 422-1444.

​

  • Any reservation that is canceled within the 48-hour mark of your reservation will require a 50% automatic charge to your card for the service booked + a $25 non refundable reschedule fee.

​

  • In the event you no-show your reservation with me, your card will be charged 100% of the service booked.

     

I understand things come up, and I do my best to accommodate everyone, please be understanding of my time as a small business.
